I am an osteopath, yoga teacher and doula offering consultations, yoga classes and perinatal support to women through different stages of their lives.
I am passionate about women’s health and have been studying this field for many years using a multi-disciplinary approach.
I enjoy using my clinical skills side by side with an empathetic and spiritual approach to offer a truly holistic experience for my patients, students and clients. My aim is to support, educate, and empower women who wish to reconnect to their vitality, their bodies and feminine wisdom. I also believe we are stronger together and foster community by organising monthly Women’s circles.
