Private and Group Yoga:


I offer private and group Yoga classes in Stockholm for people who wish to cultivate a deeper relationship to their bodies and minds. In my yoga classes I adapt the style and intensity of the practice to my students’ needs. I am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Prana Vashya (dynamic yoga), and Sivananda (hatha yoga) styles and can teach absolute beginners to advanced practitioners. 

When I teach private yoga classes I always start with the physical body (postures/ asana) and as my students progress, I move on to more subtle aspects of the practice, such as breathing (pranayama), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation. 

In my experience, yoga is a healing practice which gives us the tools to be at ease in our bodies, minds and life. It is a powerful form of mind-body medicine aimed at developing a more conscious relationship with oneself. 

One can use physical postures and breathing to develop a more flexible and toned body, but the benefits of the practice go far beyond  just stretching and looking good.
