My yoga philosophy

#Breathe:
It all starts with the breath.
The practice of pranayama: learning to work with your #prana, your subtle energy system. How to #replenish it when depleted, how to #calm it down when overheated.

#Sweat:
The physical practice of #asana. Using postures to #ground and #stretch. Using a set sequence as a roadmap.

#Love:
Turning on your #spiritualwifi. Using #mantras and #chanting to strengthen your #divine connection through sound and vibration.

#Meditate:
Sitting with yourself and observing what comes up. Becoming the spectator of your inner landscape. Learning to allow the ebb and flow without getting carried away by the drama.

#Purify:
Adopting a #sattvic diet which promotes health and clarity of mind.

#Realise:
Realise that all is connected, all is
interdependent, all is one from molecular to cosmic levels, from personal to social eco-systems.
Let that sink in and guide your steps.
It’s never too late to be who you were meant to be.
